B6 is coming all the way from Shanghai China to perform at the Volt Festival. His ability to blend ambient, techhouse and hard techno has given Chinese club fanatics cause for celebration. It was clear with his 2008 album Post Haze that not only did China have its first really big domestic DJ but also a producer to reckon with. His album was released in Europe last year and it is just a question of time before he is as big a name here as he is at home. The performance at Volt will prove to all of the doubters that Chinese techno is just as good as American or European.
